Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation:

We do not entertain any cancellations beyond 24 hrs of purchase.  Orders once placed cannot be cancelled.  Only in special circumstances with in 24hrs we may consider the refunds at our discretion.  Cancellation is possible when we are unable to deliver due various reasons beyond our control and full refund is made.

Returns/Refunds:

We are dealing in Perishable items.  Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods cannot be returned. Refunds/Replacement will be initiated only if the fruits are perished. Decision of the enquiry committee is final.

Our refund and returns policy last 1 day. If 1 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Proof of Damages with clear visible pics.  The cost of mangoes of only external damages of packages resulting crushing of mangoes will be refunded.  No delivery cost will be refunded.

Mangoes being perishable and natural deviation from Sizes mentioned in the website is possible.  AR4 Takes utmost care to meet the standards but it may be possible to have some deviation to size, colour and taste.

If your refund is approved, then your amount will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Process:

To process your refund, we need you send us photos to info@ar4fresh.us on the date that your box is delivered. We require clear pictures, well lit, and document any issues of concern.  During Mango Season we will be busy to process refunds, hence allow as till June 15th and beyond to process your refunds.

Charge back on Paypal:  Please note that we do not entertain any charge backs due to damages as it has to happened within 24 hrs.  The customers who demand charge back may be banned for future purchase
