  • Can I make changes to my order online?
    At AR4 Mangoes, we currently do not offer online options for customers to change or cancel their orders. Customers can contact us through the methods specified on our contact us page to make changes or cancel their orders.   • Can I place a bulk order?
    At AR4 Mangoes, we accept bulk orders and offer reselling options to our customers. We provide the option to place bulk orders for different purposes, such as for restaurants, offices, and gift packs. Our team can work closely with customers for custom orders and deliveries, subject to stock availability. We value our customers and aim to provide the best service to meet their needs.   • Why Pre-booking?
    Storing mangoes after plucking is not possible and sales cannot be planned after harvest. Different varieties of mangoes are harvested at different intervals during the season, so it is not practical to open bookings partially as it can lead to confusion. We predict the harvest time and regularly update it on our website. Mangoes are plucked only when they are mature, and quality is our prime concern. Therefore, there may be a delay after booking (pre-booking) to ensure that the mangoes are of the highest quality before dispatch.
  • What is the step by step process to order?
    1. Create your Account 2. Add your addresses in the address book, single or multiple based on the Delivery addresses. 3. Select the products and Add to cart. 4. Select the Delivery address at the Checkout page. 5. Complete the checkout by selecting the payment options. 6. If you select offline transfer, kindly send us a screenshot on WhatsApp with your order no to confirm the order. 7. Delivery will be done on first come first serve basis as per the dates mentioned on the website.
  • Is there a bulk discount.?
    The bulk discount for more than 5 boxes is already included. For orders of more than 100 boxes, please contact us on Whatsapp.

  • What is Offline Payment?
    Indian customers have an option for offline payment when gifting or ordering for delivery in the USA. They can pay through UPI and send a screenshot of the transaction. Upon receiving the screenshot, the order status will be moved to Confirmed orders. The processing of the order will commence after the status has been updated.
  • Can I track my delivery online?
    Yes, we provide delivery tracking numbers for our shipments. Once the order is shipped, we update your records with the delivery tracking number. You will receive an email containing the delivery tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track the delivery of your order.
  • Why is shipping charge more for one box?
    FedEx charges are based on weight, with rates decreasing as weight increases. Shipping one box is more expensive than shipping two boxes together according to FedEx's pricing structure. Customers are charged according to these rates.
  • Do you ship one box of mangoes to USA?
    Shipping mangoes to the USA involves various processes and regulations that require a minimum number of boxes to make the process cost-effective. AR4 Mangoes collects multiple orders and ships them together to a specific location in the USA to optimize the shipping process and reduce costs. This approach allows us to provide competitive pricing to our customers by passing on the cost savings.   • What care is to be taken after receiving the box?
    When customers receive the parcel of mangoes, they should open it immediately. Segregate the mangoes into ripe and semi-ripe ones. Ripe mangoes can be consumed immediately or refrigerated. Semi-ripe mangoes need to be stored in a warm place, such as a garage or cupboard, that has some ventilation. Semi-ripe mangoes can be kept in the same box, but sleeves need to be removed. To hasten the process of ripening, customers can keep a ripe banana with the semi-ripe mangoes. Customers should not refrigerate the mangoes until they are ripe. By following these instructions, customers can ensure that their mangoes ripen naturally and are at their best for consumption.
  • What is my delivery status and Tracking number?
    We have shipped our first shipment to USA on 4th to CA and NJ. Next shipment to IL and NJ will be around 11th. We plan to home deliver in the next shipment all orders. Order now and let us send your Mango box asap. Once Mangoes reaches USA and clearance is done then we shall notify tracking and pick up through mail. Tracking number is effective only after we deliver to FedEx post customs clearance.
  • Do you deliver ripe mangoes? How long does the fruit last?
    At AR4 Mangoes, we ensure that our mangoes go through the mandatory US regulatory process after harvesting, which takes around 2-3 days. Once the regulatory process is complete, we ship the mangoes to their destination within 2 days. Depending on the location, it can take an additional 2-5 days for the mangoes to reach the customer's home. By the time the mangoes reach the customer's home, they are mostly semi-ripe to ripe, depending on the variety. The shelf life of our mangoes varies depending on the variety, but due to the cold temperatures in the US, they can last from 5-10 days. Customers can extend the shelf life of the mangoes by storing them in the refrigerator after ripening.
  • Can I order 2-3 boxes and stagger my delivery?
    Delivery cannot be staggered. FedEx charges are calculated based on the number of boxes ordered. The pricing is as per FedEx rates. Customers can place different orders if they want staggered deliveries. Customers can leave a note if they want one of the orders to be delivered in the latter shipment.

  • How much time does it take for delivery in USA?
    Delivery time for our mangoes in the USA can vary depending on the location and shipping schedule mentioned on our website. We typically take pre-orders for mangoes and mention shipment dates on our website for each location in the USA. Delivery time is usually based on the availability of airlines and the shipping schedule. We strive to adhere to the mentioned shipment dates but occasional delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances or natural factors. However, delays are usually not more than a week. Our customers can check the shipping schedule mentioned on our website for their location to get an estimate of the delivery time.   • What are the black spots or marks on the Mango?
    Black spots or dots on mango skin can indicate high sugar content. Some natural blemishes or marks on mango skin can occur due to branches touching them during growth. These marks and blemishes are natural and do not affect the quality or taste of the mango. Hot water treatment, while necessary for mangoes, can cause blemishes on sensitive skin. This is only a problem for the skin and does not affect the quality of the mango fruit inside.
  • Can we regrigerate the Mangoes?
    Mangoes are dispatched semi-ripe to prevent damage during transit. If semi-ripe mangoes are refrigerated, they will not ripen further. Ripe mangoes can be refrigerated to extend their shelf life.
  • Where do you source mangoes from?
    At AR4 Mangoes, we source most of our mangoes from family-owned-operated farms in Yadadri. Limited quantities of some varieties, such as Alphonso, are sourced from the best organic farms in Maharashtra. In case of a shortage, we source from known farms that follow the same natural, organic, and biodynamic practices with our guidance. Before procuring from other farms, we conduct lab testing to ensure the quality of the mangoes. We make sure that all our mangoes come from trusted sources that follow the same practices as us to ensure the highest quality and safety for our customers.
  • How about damages?
    At AR4 Mangoes, we prioritize the quality of our mangoes and ensure that they are inspected by both APEDA and USDA before leaving India. However, damages during transit may still occur despite the extra care we take. Parcels sent through FedEx within the US may also be subject to some damages during transport. In such cases, we offer a Coupon to the extent of the damage, provided that sufficient proof is provided through pictures within 24 hours of receipt of the parcel. Some varieties of mangoes turn greenish-yellow when ripe. Some varieties of mangoes turn orangish when ripe.   • Why are they so costly?
    The cost of mangoes from AR4 Mangoes may seem high due to stringent rules and regulations that ensure the safety of the mangoes for consumption. Additional costs are incurred due to the various processes the mangoes go through, including irradiation and elaborate processes at the packhouse. Air freight charges from India to the USA is a major factor in the pricing of the mangoes. The cost of home delivery within the USA is an additional charge added to the price of the mangoes at the checkout. Delivering the mangoes directly to the customer's doorstep is necessary to ensure that they maintain their freshness and quality during transportation. Despite the higher costs, customers can be assured of getting fresh, chemical-free mangoes that are worth the price.   • What is the difference between your mango & other mangoes?
    Our mangoes come mainly from our farms where strict supervision is maintained at every stage from growing to harvesting, unlike other farms where they are leased out. Bagging of all mangoes is done, which is a unique process followed in our farms in India. It enhances the quality, appearance, and taste of the mangoes. Harvesting is critical for the taste of mango. We harvest them only when they are mature, and every time only a few fruits from a single tree are cut depending on the maturity. In contrast, in other farms, a section of the farm or complete farm is harvested in one go irrespective of the maturity of mangoes. Post-harvest processes like desapping, hot water treatment, and drying are followed stringently for the complete crop. • Natural ripening is adhered to, unlike other farms where Carbide is used for instant ripening (only colour change takes place). Packing is done as per International standards in aerated corrugated boxes with proper cushioning.
  • Is your produce organic?

Some key points to note include: We do not use any harmful pesticides or fertilizers, and our produce is completely chemical-free. We prepare our own pesticides and fertilizers using desi cows, and we do not use any hormones, antibiotics, artificial sweeteners, preservatives, colours, or any unnatural additives in our products. Our mangoes are grown using traditional methods that we would want to feed our families, and we ensure that they are of the highest quality.   • What is spongy tissue in Alphonso?
    Alphonso mangoes can sometimes have a natural disorder where a portion of the fruit becomes soft inside, while the exterior looks normal. This can only be detected once the mango is fully ripe. This occurrence is common in Alphonso mangoes. However, due to our organic practices and post-harvest techniques, the occurrence of this disorder in our mangoes is minimal. If such a mango is received, one can still consume the remaining portion of the fruit. Due to the natural occurrence of the disorder in some Alphonso mangoes, we cannot offer any refunds, store credits, or replacements for affected fruit.
  • Can we have a mixed box of different varieties?
    We strictly adhere to USDA regulations that prohibit mixing different mango varieties in a box. Our mangoes are carefully sorted and graded to ensure that each box contains the highest quality of a single variety of mango.
